Every buyer and tenant is solely responsible for independently verifying records at the relevant Sub-Registrar's Office, AC (Land) Office, City Corporation / Union Parishad, and through a qualified lawyer before paying any earnest money or signing any deed. JomiBari, its directors, employees, and affiliates accept no liability for losses arising from forged documents, undisclosed encumbrances, multiple sales, fraud, or any dispute between users.

জমিবাড়ি বাংলাদেশে জমি ও সম্পত্তি সংক্রান্ত একটি অনলাইন মার্কেটপ্লেস, যেখানে ব্যবহারকারীরা বিজ্ঞাপন প্রকাশ করতে, খুঁজতে এবং একে অপরের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন। জমিবাড়ি কোনো সরকারি সংস্থা, আইন প্রতিষ্ঠান, সাব-রেজিস্ট্রার বা ভূমি অফিস নয়। আমাদের ট্রাস্ট স্কোর এবং "যাচাইকৃত" ব্যাজ কেবল বিক্রেতার জমা দেওয়া কাগজপত্রের অভ্যন্তরীণ ম্যানুয়াল যাচাইকে বোঝায় — এটি মালিকানা, দখল, নামজারি, দায়মুক্ত স্বত্ব বা বিক্রয়যোগ্যতার আইনি প্রমাণ নয়।
যেকোনো অগ্রিম অর্থ পরিশোধ বা দলিল স্বাক্ষরের আগে প্রতিটি ক্রেতা ও ভাড়াটিয়া সংশ্লিষ্ট সাব-রেজিস্ট্রার অফিস, এসি (ল্যান্ড) অফিস, সিটি কর্পোরেশন / ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ এবং একজন যোগ্য আইনজীবীর মাধ্যমে রেকর্ড স্বাধীনভাবে যাচাই করতে নিজে দায়বদ্ধ। জাল কাগজ, গোপন দায়, একই জমির একাধিক বিক্রি, প্রতারণা বা ব্যবহারকারীদের মধ্যে যেকোনো বিরোধ থেকে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতির জন্য জমিবাড়ি, এর পরিচালক, কর্মী বা সহযোগীরা কোনো দায় গ্রহণ করে না।
